Amala Space ("we", "us") builds open, privacy-respecting apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to amalaspace.com and the apps we publish under it.

What we collect

• Information you give us — such as your email when you contact us or sign up for an app.
• App content you create — for example, location entries you log in GeoNest, stored to provide the service.
• Basic technical data — anonymised, aggregated usage and error logs used to keep the service working.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
• We collect the minimum needed to run each app.

How we use data

To provide and maintain the apps, respond to your messages, fix problems, and meet legal obligations. We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (for example, hosting via Google Firebase), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@amalaspace.com and we will respond.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
